With the continuous improvement of the level of social development and the gradual increase of people's consumption demand,portable consumption has become a mainstream mode in the social context,and the resulting third-party payment,prepaid consumption and other consumption patterns have made consumption more rapid.People have gradually become accustomed to handling various membership cards,and become one of the "VIP members" in all walks of life.Fei is rapidly integrating into all aspects of people's lives in various ways.On the one hand,prepaid consumption does bring people a convenient and fresh way of consumption,but on the other hand,because of the rapid development of prepaid consumption and the lack of institutional constraints,many problems have arisen,such as "operators running,difficult consumption","funds prepaid,difficult to repent","the complexity of dispute settlement procedures,and safeguarding rights."Difficulty" and so on,bring more or less losses to the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and other stakeholders.To sum up,it is necessary to clarify the related issues of prepaid consumption and study how to protect the rights and interests of consumers in prepaid consumption.Therefore,this paper takes the protection of consumers' rights and interests in prepaid consumption as a breakthrough point,combines the theoretical research results at home and abroad,and draws lessons from its relevant experience,carries out in-depth research on the new consumption mode of prepaid consumption,mainly from the following four aspects: the first part is the background and significance of the topic of prepaid consumption,and the domestic and foreign research on prepaid consumption.The second part is an overview of prepaid consumption,mainly analyzing the reasons for the rise of prepaid consumption,the concept of prepaid consumption,the characteristics of prepaid consumption and the types of prepaid consumption;the third part is the status quo and causes of consumers' rights and interests impaired in prepaid consumption in China;the fourth part is the management model of prepaid consumption in the United States,Japan and Taiwan.Finally,the fifth part is to improve the protection system of consumer rights and interests in China's prepaid consumption,based on the development status of China's prepaid consumption,through the analysis and reference of the foregoing,put forward suggestions for the protection of consumer rights and interests in China's prepaid consumption.
