Prioritization Scheme And Implementation Strategy On Total Confidentiality Management System Of XH Company

Military enterprises are the main force in the scientific research and production of weapons and equipment in China.With the rapid development of China's comprehensive national strength,the development of weapons and equipment has been rapid in the past decade.At the same time,military enterprises have more and more confidential information and more and more confidential information,so they are bearing more and more pressure to keep secret.XH dates back to 1939 and was incorporated into the aviation industry in 1953.In 2004,it merged with three other airlines to form XH.XH company is a key enterprise of airborne equipment in China's aviation industry and a production base of auto parts.Its products are mainly military equipment.With the application of the Internet and enterprise information system,the speed of information circulation increases exponentially.While improving the efficiency of information utilization and operation,the confidentiality risk in the process of information transmission and processing also gradually highlights.Therefore,how to explore an efficient and low-cost confidentiality management method becomes an urgent problem for XH company.Based on the collection and collation of a large amount of literature and the theoretical basis of total quality management and confidentiality management regulations,this paper systematically studied the optimization scheme and implementation strategy of total confidentiality management system of XH company.First of all,through the investigation and analysis of the problems found in XH company's security inspection over the years,the existing problems in XH company's comprehensive security management were revealed,and the root causes of these problems were found out by using the "5WHY" method.Secondly,based on the most prominent root cause of XH company's confidentiality management,the optimization scheme of XH company's comprehensive confidentiality management system is provided through the identification of confidential management objects,the establishment of confidential organization structure and the responsibility setting of confidential personnel.Furthermore,the confidentiality process of the informationsystem,computer equipment,office automation equipment and mobile storage equipment involved in the informatization management of XH company is optimized,and the process optimization scheme of the comprehensive security management system of XH company is provided.Finally,we designed the implementation plan of XH company's comprehensive confidential management system and strengthened the comprehensive confidentiality of XH company's main business processes,provided the implementation plan and strategy of XH company's comprehensive confidential management system,and verified its effectiveness through its practical application in XH company.The research features and innovations of this paper are mainly shown in the following aspects: through the investigation and analysis of XH company's confidentiality status,the company reveals the existing problems and causes in XH company's comprehensive confidentiality management;Ministry of public security has provided the optimized scheme of the organizational structure of XH's comprehensive confidentiality management system and the optimized scheme of information management confidentiality process.Dedicated to providing XH's comprehensive confidential management system implementation plans and strategies through the comprehensive confidential management system implementation plan and the comprehensive enhanced confidentiality process.This study not only establishes a set of operational comprehensive confidentiality management system for XH company,but also provides practical experience and reference for other similar enterprises to carry out comprehensive confidentiality work.
