Study On The Construction Of Military Political Work Team

Political work is the lifeblood of our army.This paper,by taking the frontier defense corps of H province as an example,reviews the political work history of this corps over the past decade,summarizes the experience,analyzes the problems,evaluates the quality and effectiveness of political work,and mainly conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the construction of political work team.Border troops,although for a long time,H province attaches great importance to the political work,but because the mind-set,guiding ideology,work idea,at all levels of responsibility,the army political work still be falsified,formalization,estimation and lack of effectiveness,can not get the officers and soldiers of welcome and recognition,lack of charisma,his life did not give full play to the role.In terms of the construction of political work team,problems such as attaching more importance to organs than grassroots units,attaching more importance to theory than practice,attaching more importance to materials than ability to handle affairs,and attaching more importance to use than construction exist to different degrees at all levels.Is the reform of the border troops in 2018 years,as a public security border forces active power will soon disappear on the history stage,reviewing and summarizing H province this army political work,face up to its limits,carry forward its strengths,summarizes the scientific way to strengthen the construction of political work team,provide a reference for other launching,the military and political work,has the very vital significance.First of all,this paper comprehensively expounds the political work and the status of the political work force in H province.For a long time,due to the particularity of forces for the task,its openness compared with other government agencies,enterprises and institutions,such as weak,less the receiving,use of outside information,in the process of carrying out political work,H province border corps is mainly introduced the domestic other brothers corps,military experience of other units,inherit the past practices,and for overseas,the social from all walks of life science research and practice experience had less knowledge,study is less,less relevant practice.As a result,the construction of political work team is easy to enter the traditional dead end,which lacks the support of public management theory.So far,there is no precedent to combine team building with management,nor to conduct human resource management and research on personnel team building.In view of this,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis and investigation on the number of thepolitical work team,division of labor at all levels,tasks undertaken,daily work situation,work quality and efficiency,etc.,in order to have an objective overall evaluation on the work of this team.Second,in the team work,on the basis of quality,and the overall evaluation,sums up the successful experiences and failure lessons,filter out all kinds of factors lead to success or failure,in these factors,which belongs to problems arising from the team construction,team construction is what kind of problems,thus find the team construction and political work quality,and the effect of the inner link.Finally,the author puts forward solutions to the problems existing in the construction of the political work team of the army.It mainly involves the adjustment of guiding ideology and working concept,the enhancement of thinking education,the adjustment of personnel selection,the improvement of team quality,the scientization of performance evaluation,etc.In the solution,while inheriting the excellent tradition,it pays attention to referring to foreign military forces,enterprise human resource management and other aspects of experience,so as to achieve scientific and clear political objectives.
