Research On The Practice Of Beautiful Rural Construction Of The Lahu Ethnic Group In Nan Hua Village From The Sociological Perspective

The existence of the three rural issues has made China work with lots of resource in the process of modernization.Therefore,for the development of rural areas,China has actively explored.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed the construction of a new socialist countryside.In 2012,it proposed to put the construction of ecological civilization at the first rank.The report of the 18th National Congress proposed a beautiful rural development plan.The report of the 19th National Congress proposed a series plan of comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020.Theoretical and practical measures are of great significance for narrowing the gap between urban and rural development,achieving sustainable development and building a harmonious society.Objectively,although China attaches great importance to the development of rural areas,the development of rural areas has achieved gratifying results under the support of national policies.However,due to the influence of the weak position of farmers,the benign interaction between the state and rural areas has not been successfully constructed.Moreover,as a multi-ethnic country,China's research based on Han villages provides an invaluable model for rural construction,but at a certain level,there are commonalities and differences between ethnic minority areas and Han areas.If the cultural differences are not fully considered,the policy will face many challenges in the smooth implementation of the village.Moreover,the logic behind the rural construction in the new era is kind of modernism,while the minority areas are usually traditionally oriented.Therefore,the implementation of rural construction in ethnic areas may encounter conflicts of values.As a result,the country and minority areas have not formed a benign interaction under the influence of many factors,which has brought challenges to the smooth implementation of beautiful rural construction.Therefore,the author focuses on the "national-society " interaction framework,taking Nanhua Village in the Lahu area as an example.From the perspective of the theory of interaction theory,this paper discusses the problems existing in the interaction between grassroots government workers and Lahu villagers in the process of beautiful rural construction,and proposes operational countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the interaction process,in order to achieve positive interaction between the two sides.In other words,this paper not only want to contribute to academic wisdom much better,but also hope to contribute to the full 2020 poverty alleviation,rural revitalization and the realization of beautiful China.
