Research On Supervision Of Village Cadres Under The Background Of New Rural Construction

Village cadres are the main body of management of rural affairs.They are engaged in the basic work of rural economic development,and are playing an increasingly important role especially in the process of building a new socialist countryside in the new period.However,corruption in the village cadres has frequently occurred this year.Therefore,establishing and perfecting the supervisory mechanism of village cadres has become the most important task now.By analyzing the status quo of the construction of the supervisory mechanism of X village cadres,and summarize its achievements.Then from the point and the surface,this paper has analyzed and studied the supervision of the village cadres under the background of the new rural construction,which has analyzed the problems existing in the village cadre supervision from two aspects:supervision content and supervision mechanism.The study found that at present our laws and regulations are not perfect.It lacks specialized laws and regulations.There are also problems in supervising and monitoring operations.This situation has seriously damaged the vital interests of peasants.Based on this,for the government how to promote the regulation and optimization of the village cadre supervision,this paper put forward to strengthen the awareness of supervision,optimize the political ecology at the grass-roots level;play a supervisory force,strengthen the diversification of the supervision structure;improve the supervision procedures,improve the village cadre supervision system;regulate the village Supervision of cadres,implementation of scientific methods of supervision,etc.
