With the development of economy and society,the demand of public fire safety is rising year on year.In fact,in the process of carrying out the functions of fire fighting and rescue,the government fire brigade plays an obvious role in ensuring economic and social security.However,in the face of the accelerated transformation of functions of the government and the rapidly increasing demand for public fire safety,the functions of the full-time fire brigade of the government can no longer meet the actual needs,and there are problems of unclear functional orientation,too low effectiveness,and vague functions.Need for accurate positioning,expansion.Based on this,through the case analysis method,interview method and questionnaire method,in the full-time firefighting team construction funds investment situation,the hardware facilities situation,Based on the analysis of the management of the full-time fire fighting team and the performance of the duties of the full-time fire fighting team,this paper summarizes and combs the management characteristics of the full-time fireman team of the J provincial government.After investigating the problems existing in the development of the full-time firefighters of the J provincial government,it is found that there are mainly the following problems in the management of the full-time firefighters: the stability construction of the full-time firefighters is insufficient,The overall quality of the government full-time fire protection team is relatively low,the function of the government full-time fire fighting team is not fully developed and the government is specialized.The education of vocational fire fighting team is very difficult.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the development of the full-time firefighters in J provincial government.The main reasons for the low stability of the full-time firefighters in the government are: low salary,too strict internal management and low social status.The main reasons for the low quality of personnel are: low recruitment threshold,complex motivation,complicated social experience before entering the job and imperfect training system for full-time fire fighting team.The main reasons for not giving full play to the function are: the system construction is not in place,the lack of legal basis.The main reasons for the difficulty of education are: the lack of new ideas and the lack of corresponding incentive mechanism in ideological education mechanism.Based on the experience of the development of full-time fire fighting teams in Britain,the United States and Japan,the beneficial enlightenment to J province is drawn: to strengthen the professional consciousness,to improve the vocational skills and to strengthen the professional status,and to learn from the management,organizational behavior,etc.Human resource management theory and other related knowledge,combined with the actual situation of the special group of professional firefighters of J provincial government,from promoting the stability of the government's full-time fire fighting team,strengthening the cultivation of high-quality talents,and giving full play to the government's leading role,To fulfill the functions of full-time firefighters of the government and to perfect the ideological education and incentive mechanism of full-time firefighters of the government,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the development of the full-time fire brigade of the J provincial government.Policy.Through the research of this paper,it can provide sufficient theoretical basis for the sustained and healthy development of the professional fire fighting team of J provincial government,and lay a solid foundation for the fire prevention and disaster relief and the improvement of fire management ability of the government full-time fire fighting team,the comprehensive fire fighting team and the fire fighting team.
