Research On Network Public Opinion Coping Strategies For Public Emergencies

In recent years,with the deepening of China's social transformation and economic transition,national thoughts are more diversified,related interest disputes are also increasing,the frequency of public emergencies has increased.After the popularity of the Internet,especially after the promotion of Internet mobile terminals and related Internet software,a powerful public opinion field gradually formed on the network after the public emergencies.The public opinion of public emergencies will have an important impact on the handling of the event itself and the real society.This paper is divided into five chapters in structure.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the research background,research purpose and significance,and explains the research content and method.The second chapter is an overview of related concepts and theories.It adopts theories of public management,communication and social psychology,and sorts out the theoretical problems faced in public opinion network public opinion,and carries out the logical relationship between related theories.The third chapter compares the network public sentiment of two public emergencies in Yingtan,and analyzes the experience of two cases in public opinion disposition,especially in the time span of nearly five years,from the comparison of two cases.In the process of exploring the changes in the way of the local government in the process of disposal,the improvement of the practice,and discovering the new situation faced by public sentiment in public emergencies,revealing the difficulties and deficiencies.The fourth chapter sorts out the difficulties in dealing with the public sentiment of public emergencies from the three levels of government,media and netizens.The fifth chapter gives relevant suggestions for the difficulties corresponding to the fourth chapter.The research in this paper believes that the development of network technology and the continuous expansion of netizens have brought greater and new challenges to the public sentiment response to public emergencies.Internet rumors are easy to breed,network sensation evolves more radically,and online grievances are the main front.The transfer occurred,the enforcement of the network was insufficient,the coordination between the various departments of the government was not smooth,the credibility of the official media declined,and it was difficult to manage from the media.To this end,the government needs to further rationalize the mechanism,the media consciously assume social responsibility,and netizens are more rational and improve relevant quality.
