Research On The Legal Restriction Of E-Payment

With the popularity of the Internet,the development of information science and technology,and the promotion of intelligent life,there are increasingly people enjoying the “benefits” brought by the Internet.Intelligent life provides huge conveniences for people in basic necessities of life.As the same time,Internet has changed our mode of life,some development of science and technology has even raised challenges to our traditional way of life.E-payment is the product under the development of the Internet.As a new technology,e-payment has not been around for a long time.However,depending on its convenience and efficiency,e-payment has expanded market share rapidly.But,while we absorb the conveniences brought by e-payment,we have to consider a sequence of problems,such as connected transaction,bundling sale,cross-subsidies and reserves,and so on.This thesis tries to explore the operating mechanism in the market.Based on the realities,this thesis takes AliPay as research object,pointing out its unreasonable behaviors in the competition and making a series of analysis.Meanwhile,this thesis exemplifies concrete instances of AliPay in our real life,and puts up with practical measures to solve them,hoping to make proposals for the better operation of e-payment.
