Research On Party Construction Of College Students In China In The New Media Era

In recent years,all kinds of new media are of great significance to the study,work and life of College students.They also make great changes in the atmosphere of College Students' party building work and put forward new requirements for courses.Therefore,it is undoubtedly an innovative measure to strengthen and improve college students' party building work with the help of all kinds of new media.Based on the background of the vigorous development of contemporary new media and the reality of the party building work of contemporary college students,this paper studies the party building work of College Students under the condition of new media by using the methods of literature research,comparative research and integrating theory with practice.At present,in the era of new media,some achievements have been made in the development of college students' Party building work:improving the network quality of the subject and object of Party building in Colleges and universities,exploring new channels for the Party organizations to closely connect with the Party members and the masses,and opening up a new perspective of Party building work in Colleges and universities.However,there are also some problems: the lack of standardization in the theoretical system of new media party building in Colleges and universities,the lack of innovation in the content of new media party building education in Colleges and universities,the lack of early warning in the supervision of new media party building platform in Colleges and universities,and the lack of enthusiasm in the main body of new media party building students in Colleges and universities.The reasons for these problems are: the traditional ideas and concepts do not adapt to the development of the network,lack of technical new media party building team,the overall educational resources have not been integrated,and the main consciousness of college student party members has not been fully developed.In view of the Party building work of college students in the new media era,it is carried out from four aspects: the management of Party building,the content of Party building education,the supervision mechanism of public opinion and the quality of Party building team.Perfecting the management system of new media party building in Colleges and universities lies in:formulating the development plan of new media party building in Colleges and universities,strengthening the transformation of the concept of new media party building in Colleges and universities,perfecting the rules and regulations of new media party building in Colleges and universities;innovating the content of new media party building education in Colleges and universities lies in: changing the content from single to multi-dimensional,changing the method from passive to active,promoting the combination of theory and practice;To improvethe supervision mechanism of new media party building in Colleges and universities,we should establish an all-round network supervision system,enhance the ability to detect potential safety hazards,increase the financial input of new media party building,and improve the quality of College Students' new media party building work by actively constructing the incentive mechanism of College Students' party building,organizing College students to carry out media literacy education,and endowing college students with new media party building management Manage power.
