For a long time,the problem of non-edible salt flowing into the edible salt market is the biggest hidden danger source affecting the safety of edible salt.Illegal traders process and sell non-edible salts,such as industrial salt,industrial by-product salt,feed additive sodium chloride,into edible salt,which brings great potential safety hazards to people's health.Moreover,due to the many links and channels involved in the inflow of non-edible salt into the edible salt market,the appearance of non-edible salt is very similar to that of edible salt,making the prevention and control of the inflow of non-edible salt into the edible salt market become the focus and difficulty of government supervision departments.Chengdu,as the capital city of Chengdu and the food capital of the world,has a huge market for edible salt,and its annual consumption accounts for one third of the province's total.Once non-edible salt flows into the market of edible salt in Chengdu,it will cause great social impact.This paper takes the prevention and control of non-edible salt in Chengdu as the research object,guided by seamless supervision theory and government control theory,through literature research,interviews and other methods,conducts in-depth investigation and Research on the prevention and control of non-edible salt in Chengdu,analyzes typical cases,finds out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems.And through the establishment of Chengdu non-edible salt prevention and control mechanism,put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,targeted solutions to the existing problems of non-edible salt prevention and control in Chengdu.While ensuring that the potential safety hazards of non-edible salt flowing into the edible salt market in Chengdu are effectively prevented,it also provides a reference for Chengdu to form a regulatory system that meets the requirements of non-edible salt prevention and control under the new situation as soon as possible.The full text is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the research background,significance and purpose of non-edible salt prevention and control,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and expounds the main content,research methods and innovative points of this paper.The second chapter defines the concept of non-edible salt and preventing and controlling the inflow of non-edible salt into edible salt market,and elaborates and introduces the related theories involved in the research of non-edible salt prevention and control.In the third chapter,the current situation and related system of non-edible salt control in Chengdu are introduced in detail.Chapter IV,on the basis of explaining in detail the problems existing in the prevention and control of non-edible salt in Chengdu,comprehensively analyses the internal causes of the problems.The fifth chapter puts forward the prevention and control mechanism and Countermeasures to solve the existing problems of non-edible salt prevention and control in Chengdu.Chapter 6 expounds the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper.
