The election of villagers' committees is the premise and foundation of the villagers' democratic autonomy,and it is related to the effectiveness of villagers' self-government development.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that it is necessary to ensure that the people exercise the right to democratic elections in accordance with the law.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,the urbanization process has gradually accelerated,and the city scale has also expanded rapidly.The rural areas around the city were demolished and remodeled due to the expansion of the urban area,and were included in the urban map.However,these new urban communities are the product of passiveization in the process of urbanization.They are different from traditional grassroots village-level organizations and are also very different from real urban communities.Since the “village in the city” has huge expected benefits in the process of land acquisition,house demolition and relocation,and villagers' relocation,the competition for the interests of all parties in the “village in the village” election is extremely fierce.Compared with the general village-level organizations,the “village in the city” has presented more phenomena and problems because of its own particularity.The outstanding performances are: the electoral rights of the foreign population are difficult to guarantee,the phenomenon of bribery is widespread,and the election is in progress.The clan color is strong,the first rich people are elected universally,the village committee members are not high-quality,and the participation of women and young groups is low.These problems have seriously affected the enthusiasm of democratic elections and democratic self-government of villagers in the villages,which hindered China.The development of grassroots democracy.Therefore,it is of great significance to increase the research on the election of the village committees in the "village in the city" and propose solutions to the development of grassroots democratic politics.This paper takes "the election of villagers' committees in the villages in the city" as the research object,and selects 8 villages under the jurisdiction of the F office of Zhengzhou High-tech Zone in Henan Province as a sample.Using questionnaires,interviews and qualitative analysis methods,the villagers after the transformation of Chengzhong Village The development of the committee's general election and the problems it faces are analyzed.The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reason and significance of the topic,the research status of the election of the village in the city,the theoretical tools and research methods used in the thesis,the difficulty and innovation of the research.The second part introduces the basic situation of the F office and the overview of the eight villages under the F office in the ninth village committee election.The third part describes the main problems and reasons of the F office during the election of the Ninth Village Committee.The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems arising from the F office in the general election from the aspects of laws and regulations,political mechanism and cultural economy.This paper reads the literature on “villages in the city” and the grassroots democratic elections,grassroots democratic governance,etc.On the basis of summarizing and refining domestic and foreign viewpoints,through questionnaires and field interviews,8 villages under the F office A comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the issue of the election of villagers' committees,conclusions,and solutions...
