The Research On The Faithful Obligations Of Couples

In the vicissitudes of modern society,the faithful obligations of couples has become a hot topic of public opinion,which is beneficial to family harmony and social stability.However,what is the faithful obligations of couples? Should the law specify the faithful obligations of couples? How to fulfill this obligation effectively? These are the problems we are eager to solve at this stage.,Now this paper defines and classifies the meaning,nature and legal nature of the faithful obligations of couple from the theoretical point of view,firstly.Then a series of domestic legal investigations on this issue were carried out,and Enlightenment was drawn from the legislative and judicial status quo of the faithful obligations of couple in our country,thus further exploring the legal remedy path of breach of the faithful obligations of couple.Finally,the legislative ideas for the improvement of the system are put forward.
