Research And Design Of Personnel Life System Based On Blockchain

Personnel work of cadres occupies an important position in the Party’s building for the entire historical period of socialism.After the eighteenth Congress of the CPC,a series of problem about personnel file fraud come to light,the security,authenticity and integrality of the data information can’t be guaranteed by the management mode of exciting information technology solutions and paper archives,especially for inner data tampering and forgery.As a hot topic in the field of data-security research,the essence of blockchain technology is to preserve its ledger via decentralization and distributed consensus,it solves the problem of data security and reliability in tradition data storage mode by its characteristics of decentralization,distributed,ledger traceability,and temper-proo fing.In this dissertation,in consideration of existed problems of data security,authenticity,and integrality in the personnel life system,blockchain technology will be applied to data security storage for personnel life work of cadres in order to design a system of personnel life based on the blockchain technology,which is helpful for security storage,query and verification of the system data.Meanwhile,security,tamper-proofing and traceability of data is guaranteed.It benefits the promotion of information management level of personnel life.To be specific,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The security,authenticity and consistence of data of system is guaranteed by coalition of Fabric and Beego Framework,which makes data of personnel life files could be stored and verified in blockchain ledger,CouchDB state database,and MySQL database at the same time.2.On an account of Fabric and Beego Framework,application chaincode is designed to manage each business module to realize its function,and a highly interactive visual interfaces are provided.Furthermore,this system realizes visual query for the information of the blockchain ledger.3.The function test for the personnel life system based on blockchain technology has been completed,which guarantee the usability of the system.Meanwhile,test for concurrency service performance and system data security verified the stability and security of this system.
