Research On Legal Issues Of Protection Of Internet Consumers' Right Of Independent Choice

In recent years,online transactions have attracted more and more people to the ranks of online shopping because of their convenient and efficient characteristics.However,this network society is full of unknowns,and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers are often not well protected.This has a certain relationship with the inherent defects of the online trading mechanism,and has a great relationship with the lack of relevant legal norms.In recent years,as one of the most important rights of Internet consumers,there are endless cases about the right of Internet consumers to choose independently.However,the protection and relief of the right of Internet consumers to choose independently seem to be difficult.To a certain extent,it has affected the exercise of the legitimate rights and interests of Internet consumers.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the right of Internet consumers to choose independently.Nursing is of great significance both in theory and practice.First,the research introduces the connotation of the choice of network consumers' autonomy,starting from the concept,nature and characteristics,to lay a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the protection about online consumers' autonomy.Then,the status quo of the protection about online consumers' autonomy is clarified through the analysis of China's laws and regulations and typical judicial cases.According to the existing problems,we propose effective solutions after considering the research results of the academic fields and absorbing advanced experience in the relevant fields outside the domain,based on the investigation of the protection mode and operation mode of the network consumer's autonomy.From the four perspectives of network electronic contract,evidence preservation,damage compensation and the improvement of the small-scale litigation system,we try to put forward suggestions for perfectly constructing the protection system of China's online consumers' self-selection rights to maintain the health,stability and consistent development of the socialist network consumer market.The research takes the online consumers' autonomy as the research object,from the perspective of online consumer rights protection.Exploring the reasons for the infringement,draws lessons from the relevant experience of developed countries and regions,and combines with the actual situation of our country,tries to put forward relevant and practical suggestions,so as to better protect the autonomous choice of our network consumers.
