| Social governance is an important component of the national governance system and a key part of advancing the national governance system and modernizing its governance capabilities.Young social organizations have a vital role in the practice of participating in social governance because of the existence of "limited government".The postgraduate education group is an important measure for the state to support the development of poverty-stricken areas in the central and western regions.It is a special social organization with the characteristics of colleges and universities that is led by the government.Because of its unique role and advantages,it together with other subjects constitutes a pluralistic governance of society,pattern.The participation of graduate education groups in social governance is a process of intertwined interaction between external environment and main body action.It is not only an objective requirement for relieving the pressure of government public management,but also a social management force.It is also the only way to promote democratic self-government and balance regional development.Zhejiang University Graduate Education Group is one of the earliest established postgraduate education groups.This article takes Zhejiang University Graduate Education Group as a case study,through field investigation,in-depth interviews,material analysis and other means,combined with the author during the Zhejiang University Youth League The work experience,under the perspective of pluralistic governance,analyzes and studies the status quo,achievements and problems of Zhejiang University graduate education group participating in social governance,and then draws the reasons why the current graduate education group participates in the social governance dilemma.The successful experience of young social organizations at home and abroad participating in social governance puts forward the optimization strategies for the participation of postgraduate education groups in social governance:Breaking the traditional thinking mode and creating an equal and friendly social governance platform;Strengthening supporting policies to stimulate postgraduate teaching;Linking social governance resources and building a harmonious and independent social governance system;Improving internal governance capabilities and regulating the social governance behavior of graduate students. |
