| In recent years,the state has strengthened the construction of honest in the Party conduct.The Party should exercise self-discipline and tighten up internal management,meanwhile get tough with the actions of breaking law and regulation.If you want to manage the civil servants in standardization,it should be depended on laws and regulations.Only by standardizing administrative discipline system to help government to manage effectively and set up a good social image.It should be strictly enforce the policies of CPC party and base on the local government practical situation to perfect the administrative discipline system for the civil servants in Fuzhou,which is the key point to formulate and implement the administrative discipline system.This thesis takes the administrative discipline system for the civil servants in Fuzhou for example to research.This present situation of the Fuzhou’s administrative discipline system is analyzed and discussed by the study of literature and questionnaire survey with the new public service theory,the theory of rule of law and so on.And we find that there are four issues at present,such as the discipline system is not perfect,types of administrative discipline is lack,administrative procedure is not rigid,in the meantime,seek the specific reasons from the different issues.This thesis also combines Fuzhou’s practical situation with foreign theories and practice so as to use them for reference to make suggestions from perfecting the discipline regulation,finding new discipline types,controlling the discipline procedure strictly,developing the overall supervision mechanism and strengthening the cultivation of civil servant’s professionalism,so that to promote the development of the administrative discipline system for the civil servants in Fuzhou. |
