Network is a new carrier for advertising,with more and more unfair competition behaviors,traditional unfair competition,and the appearance and development of new types of unfair competition.On January 1.2018,the current "Anti-Unfair Competition Law",took effect,for the first time enumerating new types of unfair competition practices,as well as rules for allegiance.From the perspective of commercial slander and new unfair competition behaviors in the traditional unfair competition of online advertising,this article analyzes the laws,analysis of government supervision,and research of self-discipline organizations to find out the positive significance and deficiencies of these two types of behavior regulation.List the two kinds of behaviors in the United States and Germany,two advanced western countries,find out their advantages,draw lessons from the inadequacies of Chinese regulation,and make suggestions for improving Chinese regulation of online advertising unfair competition behavior.And the status quo of German regulation,elucidation of regulatory analysis and proposal of regulatory proposals all revolved around Chinese inadequate regulation of these two kinds of behaviors,and the proposed recommendations are more targeted.
