The implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country is of far-reaching significance.First of all,the article combs the related concepts of rural rejuvenation,and emphatically points out:First,the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country is an important guarantee for the modernization of rural governance.Second,the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country is an important starting point for solving the problem of insufficient development of rural imbalance.Third,the strategy of rejuvenating the country area is the real demand of implementing the concept of new development.Second,the traditional rural development can no longer meet the real requirements of the powerful socialist modernization.This article introduces the theory of governance and the theoretical framework of new public services and analysis of horizons.Taking Shunchang County S Village for example,this paper expounds the current situation of S Village in Shunchang County and explores the plight of the revitalization and development of S Village,which are:the development of rural industrial economy Underdevelopment,rural civilization less civilized,alienation of the relationship between cadres and the village,the vitality of rural settlements recession.Based on these,it analyzes five reasons causes the existence of the problems:First,the planning and implementation of rural construction are out of line.Second,the loss of rural traditional culture and virtues.Third,rural governance lacks public participation mechanisms.Fourth,the supply of rural public services is "fragmented." Fifth,there is not enough innovation in rural work.Finally,in view of the above analysis,I tentatively put forward the follow five countermeasures of rejuvenating and developing S Village in Shunchang County,as follows:1.We should make accurate rural planning and develop the characteristic industrial economy.2.We should carry forward the virtues of the village,reshape the rural cultural charm.3.We should improve the governance system,advocate pluralistic governance.4.We should enhance public services and optimize the structural reforms in the supply side of agriculture.5.We should implement innovation-driven and make innovations in rural innovation and development.
