In the process of a country's population development, population aging becomes an inevitable process.Compared with other developing countries,China entered into population aging earlier in 2000.According to relevant data,by the end of 2017,the number of population over 60 years old in China accounted for 17.3% of the total population, which has extremely exceeded the internationally recognized standard for the aging of the population over 60 years old accounting for 10% of the total population. At the same time,a large number of young adults in rural areas choose to transfer to urban and non-agricultural industries due to the urban-rural income gap.As a big province of traditional agriculture, under the dual effects of population aging and a large number of young and middle-aged workforce immigration, the impact of the deepening of the aging degree of agricultural labor force in Jiangxi province is increasingly serious. The aging of agricultural labor force will cause the problems of abandoned or even "uncultivated" rural land, and the promotion of land transfer in rural areas is an effective way to solve this problem.By promoting the land circulation in rural areas and promoting the moderate concentration and scale operation of rural land, the role of land as a basic factor of production can be brought into full play.Meanwhile,it is conducive to the optimization and integration of rural land resources and the effective allocation of land resources. To explore the ageing labor force and the relationship between land circulation agriculture in Jiangxi province, this article searches some related literature from China and other countries, with the aid of statistical yearbook data from rural population aging situation in Jiangxi province,Jiangxi agricultural workers, the condition of Jiangxi agricultural labor age and level of education of agricultural labor force in Jiangxi province of the present situation of the agricultural labor force aging in Jiangxi province were analyzed, and sums up the Jiangxi agricultural labor force aging time early, speeding up the ageing process and there is still a growing trend and aging population present situation and the development strategy of urban and rural areas as a whole does not adapt to the characteristics of the At the same time, the causes of the aging of agricultural labor force in Jiangxi province are analyzed. In addition,in this paper, with the aid of Jiangxi province in 2015 fixed observation points of peasant household survey data to study the impacts of agricultural labor force aging population on the land circulation, the main selectio n of farm households primary labor categories including youth agricultural labor force, the middle-aged and elderly agricultural labor force of agricultural labor force three variables as the core of the model to explain, build Jiangxi province based on the Logit regression analysis on the impact of agricultural labor force aging on land circulation binary discrete choice model. The final conclusion is that the young agricultural labor force is more inclined to transfer land, while the middle-aged and elderly agricultural labor force is more inclined not to transfer land, indicating that the aging of agricultural labor force will hinder land transfer. Finally, according to the conclusions of the research, this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations: establish and improve the rural old-age security system, reduce the dependence of the elderly labor on land;Foster new agricultural subject energetically, raise agricultural industrialization and modernization level.Cultivate new professional farmer and attract young labor force to be rooted in agriculture.
