Research On The Mechanism Of Tibetan Civil Dispute Resolution In Shannan Area Of Tibet

Shannan region of Tibet is experiencing social,economic and cultural transition,and the resolution mechanism of dispute among the people is affected by social changes in Shannan region.Moreover,due to historical reasons,Tibetan Buddhism has penetrated into the hearts of Tibetan people,and the Tibetan resolution mechanism of civil dispute under the dual reconstruction of national power and folk forces has emerged now features in Tibet.Sometimes it can not be always presenting the expected results.There are some problems with the Tibetan resolution mechanism of civil dispute,such as confusion in operation,lack of cohesion between the law and the local knowledge,unclear division of mechanism in operation,and needing to improve the professional level and so on.Based on the relevant theories of the state and society,combined with empirical research,this paper proposes that the construction of resolution mechanism of dispute among the people can not be separated:from the state and society in Shannan region.In the process of constructing Tibetan civil dispute resolution mechanism in Shannan region,we should take the law as the direction,find the origin of force between the state and society,to integrate the Tibetan resolution mechanism of civil dispute to a certain extent.Based on the previous studies on the related theories about resolution mechanism of dispute,this paper makes an empirical study on resolution mechanism of Tibetan civil dispute in Shannan region.It puts forward possible construction paths and methods from the perspective of"state and society".This paper mainly consists of the following six parts.The introductory introduces the background of topic selection,questions,and research methods,introducing field and the composition of this paper.The first chapter is an overview of the Tibetan resolution mechanism of civil dispute in Shannan area.The second chapter is the actual operation of the resolution mechanism of civil dispute in Shannan area,and analyzing the influence by National strength and religious factors behind the construction of the resolution mechanism of civil dispute in Tibet.Chapter III is the problems that in the operation of resolution mechanism of Tibetan civil dispute in Shannan area,including the possible construction direction.Chapter IV is the specific construction paths and methods.Put forward research prospects in the conclusion part.
