The contemporary world is undergoing dramatic and rapid changes,and the tide of economic globalization has swept through,and human society has entered the information age.The highly developed informatization does not give mankind the advantage of clearing the truth,but it is letting people drown in the vast ocean of unpredictable information.The phenomenon of "stance" suppressing "facts" is frequently presented in various parts of the world,and the phenomenon of "post-truth" is prominent and becomes a cognitive problem affecting the whole world.Although it has received much attention after the US presidential election and the Brexit,the emergence of "post-truth" is not accidental.It is a phenomenon of the survival of modern society itself.The concept of "post-truth" reflects the typical characteristics of the contemporary international political environment.At the same time,the "post-truth" characteristics overflow the political life field,and open in more complex and diverse forms in the economic and cultural fields of modern society.It has had a wide and profound impact.According to this,the "post-truth" research can not be limited to the perspectives and aspects of journalism,communication and political science.We must find ways to lead the "post-truth" issue to the foundation of the political power and material interests of the real world.Pull back to the literary criticism and the critical economics of Marxist research.On the philosophical level,we will look at the various processes and events of the post-truth,and strive to grasp the social reality and essential characteristics behind it.By using Marx’s analysis and criticism of the phenomenon of materialization of modern capitalism,we will carry out the ideology of the post-truth.Deep analysis of angles.Based on the above considerations,this paper uses the historical materialism method to try to grasp the truth behind the "post-truth" and establish the problem framework of the "post-truth" research.The paper mainly discusses five aspects: through the careful interpretation of the "post-truth" events and related research literature,with the help of many comments on the "post-truth",trying to clarify and define the concept of "post-truth";analyze the "post-truth" The material causes of the phenomenon,analyze the psychological and ideological subjective basis of the post-truth;sum up the characteristics of the post-truth era,analyze the specific situations it produces;explore the dual effects of the post-truth,and focus on its Negative effects;discuss ways and measures to deal with the post-truth crisis and explore possible paths out of the post-truth era.The study of the post-truth issue is in its infancy in the country,and the existing achievements have made due contributions to the choice of perspective and the frame of the problem.As a complex problem faced by all sectors of contemporary society,the phenomenon of "post-truth" is not a problem that can be solved by single-disciplinary knowledge.Based on this cognition,this paper emphasizes the necessity of interdisciplinary research from the research method,and emphasizes that the historical materialism method is a reliable method to study the "post-truth" problem.
