With the rapid development of social productive forces and the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization in China,a large number of young and middle-aged people in rural areas have taken the initiative to flow to developed areas.One of the results of the long-term populationoutflow is that it not only forms a special group-the left-behind elderly,but also weakens the traditional family pension function,which affects the elderly left-behind in their old age.In addition,there are many problems in the supply of pension services for the left-behind elderly in rural areas,which can not meet the old-age needs of the left-behind elderly,so that they are still facing difficulties in providing for the aged.The problem of providing for the aged is related to the stable development of our society and the completion of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,how to solve the problem of the left-behind elderly in rural areas The supply of old-age services and actively dealing with the old-age problems of the left-behinelderly have become the focus of close attention.Based on the research on this field by relevant scholars at home and abroad in recent years,supported by welfare pluralism theory,intergenerational exchange theory and Maslow demand hierarchy theory,this paper makes a field investigation on the rural areas of Z Township,Gushi County,which is underdeveloped in economy,large in outflow personnel and left behind by questionnaires and interviews,and deeply understands the current economic situation and daily care of the left-behind elderly in the rural areas of Gushi County.Medical status,mental status and the supply of pension services.Through the investigation,we know that the rural left-behind elderly in Z Township of Gushi County are generally faced with low living standards,unattended life,lack of spiritual life,difficult to see a doctor,and so on.Title The supply of old-age service for the left-behind elderly is also faced with some problems,such as insufficient supply quantity,low quality,single supply content,lack of pertinence in supply,serious waste of resources,weak contingent of pension service professionals and so on.The main reasons are that the rural economic development is relatively backward,the relevant government security is not perfect,the participation of social forces is insufficient,the function of family pension is weakened,and the concept of the left-behind elderly lags behind.Based on this,this paper puts forward the path choice of perfecting the supply of pension service for the rural left-behind elderly in Z Township of Gushi County: promoting economic development and improving the income level;perfecting the construction of facilities related to pension services and improving the utilization rate of resources;and mobilizing social forces to participate in providing for the aged Service supply,enrich the content of supply;strengthen the function of family pension service supply to meet the demands of the elderly;strengthen the construction of old-age service personnel,improve service skills;change the traditional concept of old-age care for the left-behind elderly,and improve the ability of self-reliance.In order to make up for the lack of scholars in the research on the supply of pension services for the left-behind elderly in rural areas,and to provide experience and reference for solving this kind of problems in Z Township of Gushi County and even in the vast number of similar areas.
