In our government service system,civil servant plays a very important role and is the foundation of government operation.The construction level of government civil servants directly determines the quality and connotation of the public service provided by the government,and at the same time has a great impact on the quality of life of the broad masses of the people.In the process of carrying out public service for government officials at all levels,we need to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of every civil servant through various incentives.To maximize the work enthusiasm of every civil servant can be the most full of enthusiasm and attitude to provide services for the masses at the grass-roots level.However,from the current incentive mechanism of civil servants in China Observing the present situation of construction,there are many problems,which leads to the low enthusiasm of civil servants and the difficulty to guarantee the quality of public service.Based on this,this study focuses on the optimization of the incentive mechanism of civil servants,firstly introduces the relevant theories of the incentive mechanism of civil servants,and then takes Guangzhou as an example,through the way of questionnaire,To Guangzhou City civil servant incentive mechanism construction present situation carries on the investigation.Then,based on the analysis of the survey results,the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of civil servants in Guangzhou are summarized and the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward,and the following research conclusions are drawn:1.The incentive mechanism refers to the way and structure in which the incentive subject system uses a variety of incentive means and makes it relatively immobilized and standardized for a long time,so as to interact and restrict each other with the incentive object.The sum of the laws of evolution.The incentive mechanism of civil servants includes four aspects:incentive principle,incentive method,incentive environment and incentive theory.2.Starting from four aspects of salary system,examination system,incentive mode and promotion system,this paper investigates the incentive mechanism of civil servants in Guangzhou,and finds out that the salary structure is unreasonable in the incentive mechanism of civil servants in Guangzhou.Low salary level;Lack Unifying standard,the function of examination is not obvious,the strength of training is not enough,the application of training result is insufficient,the practicability of training content is low,the promotion space is narrow,etc.3.The optimization of incentive mechanism for civil servants should be based on the principle of fair competition,the principle of people-oriented,the principle of equal emphasis on spirit and material reward,the principle of responsibility incentive,and the promotion of incentive intensity of salary system in view of the existing problems.Improve the examination system,improve the training system,broaden the space for promotion to achieve the optimization of the incentive mechanism of civil servants,and effectively promote the enthusiasm of civil servants.It is hoped that the research results obtained by this research institute can serve as the incentive mechanism for civil servants at the grass-roots level in China.Optimize to provide some reference,improve the enthusiasm of civil servants in China,improve the efficiency of public institutions.
