Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Education And Training Of Cadres In Primary Party Schools Based On Learning Organization Theory

Since the founding of the communist party of China,it has always attached great importance to the cause of cadre education.In the period of the party's revolution,construction and reform,we set up schools for educating cadres at all levels to strengthen education for cadres.Cadre education has cultivated and transported a large number of talents for the development of the party's cause and laid an important foundation for the construction of the country.With the wide spread of learning organization theory in 1990s,more and more people realize that learning organization is the most successful organizational model in the future.Our party is also accelerating and promoting the construction of a marxist learning party and a great country.At present,how to combine the education work of cadres in county-level party schools with learning organizations,and accelerate the construction of grassroots cadres'education team is particularly important.This paper analyzes the applicability of learning organization theory to cadre education.Investigate on C county party school,this paper summarizes the problems in the education and training of county-level cadres,such as insufficient understanding of the role of learning,relatively limited thinking,insufficient understanding of common vision,low efficiency of team learning methods,and insufficient cultivation of systematic thinking ability.After analyzing and summarizing the causes of the existing problems,it is suggested that the idea of cadre education and training should be remolded and the cognition of lifelong learning should be strengthened.Proposed scientific setting cadre education training system,to the training content of breakthrough,the diversification of training form,training platform to establish and perfect gradually improve the effect of mental models,strengthen team learning.Finally,from the perspective of cadre education management system,it is proposed to strengthen the guarantee of funds,professional guarantee and incentive mechanism,so as to ensure that the education of county-level cadres can give full play to the establishment of a learning-oriented party organization,contribute to the learning of the whole party and the training of cadres,and cultivate and transport more outstanding talents at the grassroots level for the development of the cause of the party and the country.
