A Study Of Marxist Ideology Education Of Rural Party Members In A New Era

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,we have faced difficulties and challenges both at home and aboard in pursuing China’s socialist modernization.There are still weak links in social development of the people’s livelihood.The task of getting rid of poverty in rural areas is still arduous.Development between urban and rural areas is inharmonious,and the gap between the rich and the poor is widening.Various social contradictions and problems are intertwined.All these have brought enormous challenges to the exemplary vanguard role of our CPC rural primary leaders,and have also raised higher development requirements to them.The CPC rural primary leaders are the vanguards in implementing the party’s rural development policy,and they are also the key link for the party to keep in close contact with the people.Promoting the development of rural economy is not only an inevitable requirement for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,but also a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is of great and realistic significance to strengthen the education of Marxist ideology to the CPC rural primary leaders.At present,with the coordinated promotion of the Four-pronged Comprehensive Strategy,the overall implementation of the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan and the positive guidance of the new development philosophy,we have been consistently achieving the great success of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.To continue our struggle in realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation,it is necessary to enhance the construction of the CPC rural primary leaders,promote the development of rural economy,strengthen areas of weakness,and ensure the stability,coordination and continuity of rural development in the process of modernization.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC rural primary leaders’ ideological education general has shown a positive trend.However,due to the cross influence of subjective and objective factors,some rural leaders still have problems in understanding Marxist ideology,which severely damaged the image of our Party.Taking the above problems into consideration,the thesis choosing the CPC rural primary leaders in Zhoukou as the research object and following the guidance of the Marxist historical materialism,makes an object analysis on the existing problems and accordingly proposes some feasible solutions as well as offers reference to the other places.The overall research framework of the thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the definitions of the relevant concepts about the CPC rural primary leaders,which lay a theoretical foundation for studying the leaders’ knowledge about Marxist ideology.The second part not only points out the achievements on the area of the CPC rural primary leaders’ ideology through the author’s field visit and investigation,but also analyzes the existing problems objectively.In the third part,based on the analysis of the status-quo of Marxist ideology education among the CPC rural primary leaders,the author puts forward an effective way to strengthen the Marxist ideology education of the CPC rural primary leaders,and proposes some countermeasures to break through the bottleneck in the education work of such issue.
