Study On The Present Situationg And Development Countermeasures Of Rural Compulsory Education Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The integration of urban and rural development under the rural revitalization strategy has opened up a new era of urban-rural relations.Rural development is as important as urban development.Rural residents are the mainstay of rural development.To become the backbone of the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to improve the overall cultural quality of rural people.The development of rural compulsory education is crucial for the transformation of rural society,the improvement of rural productivity,the improvement of rural residents' cultural level,and the improvement of rural human resources entrepreneurship and innovation capabilities.Under a long term efforts of the government,the development of rural compulsory education around the country has been improved.However,in some poor rural areas,rural compulsory education still has certain problems in terms of school conditions,teacher resources,and educational investment.The development of rural compulsory education is the key to strengthening the support of rural revitalization.The failure to solve these problems will always affect the revitalization of the countryside.Therefore,in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,we must pay attention to the development of rural compulsory education,meeting rural residents' needs for quality education,and utilize high-quality education to revitalize the countryside.To this end,the paper takes the development of rural compulsory education in Wan'an County,Jiangxi Province,which is the key to national poverty alleviation and development,as the object of study.Firstly,it sorts out the relevant research and theoretical basis of rural compulsory education,and further points out the importance of strengthening rural compulsory education under the rural revitalization strategy.Through the on-the-spot investigation of Wan'an County,the relevant data were collected and compiled,which indicated the development status of rural compulsory education in Wan'an County.However,through investigation and analysis,the development of rural compulsory education in Wan'an County is currently affected by the geographical environment of the rural areas,the development of rural economy,and the gap between urban and rural educational resources.And there are different problems in resource allocation,the teaching staff,the school itself,and other aspects.According to the existing problems,combined with the theory of public services and human capital theory,The paper puts forward the development ideas of rural compulsory education based on the rural revitalization strategy.It is believed that solving these problems needs to play a leading role in the development of rural compulsory education,optimizing rural resource allocation,implementing education poverty alleviation policies,and pay attention to government costs and performance in the development of rural compulsory education.And then,we should put forward the scientific plan of the development of rural compulsory education,promoting the standardization of rural schools,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,and utilizing president's management and leadership.Last,we should take various measures to further promote the development of rural compulsory education,maintaining the regional characteristics of small-scale rural schools,encouraging parents of left-behind children to return to their hometowns to participate in the construction of rural areas,and coordinating the development of rural compulsory education and rural vocational education.It is expected that this study can provide decision-making and reference for the development of rural compulsory education in Wan'an County.
