Analysis Of Legal Problems In The Development Of Weak Artificial Intelligence

Today,with the rapid development of the Internet,people continue to express their concerns about judicial investigations such as case investigations,judicial trials,and implementation effects through microblogs and forums.The civic awareness is enhanced,and the public can freely express various opinions through the exercise of online public opinion.This activity can affect social life in all aspects,especially in the judicial field.This is the progress of social democracy and the worry of a democratic society.Social justice can be achieved through online public opinion,but the judiciary cannot retreat.He is the strongest fortress of social justice and its last line of defense.Network public opinion based on the formation of the network,while supervising the judicial transparent trial,may also become an obstacle to the criminal justice trial.Freedom of speech and judicial activities may create conflicts under this issue.Therefore,the issue of judicial response to online public opinion deserves our attention.After analyzing some typical cases,this paper finds that,especially in the trial process of some criminal cases,some courts have not adopted effective methods,and the public problems are blurred,delayed or even not handled,and there is no correct communication with the parties involved.It has been countered by public opinion,and the judicial trial has been questioned by the public and the parties to the case.At the same time,some courts actively communicate with the parties,treat the public’s opinions with caution,and combine advanced technology to promote the smooth start of the trial,and the satisfaction of the parties and the public is higher.Therefore,the judiciary should actively respond to online public opinion in order to receive the two-way effect of the public convinced trial and trial fair judgment.The first part is the basis of the whole article,focusing on the concept,characteristics and formation process of online public opinion,and shows that online public opinion has a very important impact on the administration of justice.The second part mainly introduces that in the current Chinese judiciary,we must respond to online public opinion.Failure to respond to online public opinion will have a very bad impact on our country’s judiciary.Responding to public opinion can relieve these negative effects and help maintain judicial authority.The third part mainly introduces the reality of the judicial response network public opinion and the dilemma faced in practice.The fourth part first seeks to learn from the system and measures of studying foreign justice in response to public opinion.The most typical one is the "Friends of the Court" system.It will also put forward some suggestions on the dilemma of China’s judicial response network public opinion,and explore the way in which the judicial response to online public opinion.
