The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the implementation of the strategy of revitalization of the countryside which clearly planned to promote a new picture of rural development in accordance with the general requirements of “prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life”.The construction of family style is an important part of the folk culture,and it is also closely related to the work of ideological and political education.As an excellent tradition and political advantage of the party,ideological and political education is a powerful guarantee for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting the development of rural economy,politics and culture.During the period of social transformation,the construction of family style and ideological and political education in Lucun Township have shown regional characteristics and characteristics of the times.The social structure such as population structure,family structure and industrial structure has undergone significant changes.The content of the construction of family style shows a good trend,the form was gradually rich but lacked certain innovation,and the people have different awareness of the construction of family style.Good family style helps to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers and leading cadres and to build a good family environment,thus promoting the development of ideological and political education.On the contrary,bad family styles hinder the establishment of stable and in-depth connections between people and undermine the balance of rural ideological and political education.At the same time,new problems and have arisen in the team building and work content of rural ideological and political education.Therefore,new propositions have been proposed for the construction of family style in the development of ideological and political education.Based on theoretical research and analysis of current situation,this paper elaborates on the specific effects of the construction of family style in ideological and political education.The construction of family style is conducive to the ideological and political education to play a dominant role and create a harmonious environment.It is conducive to broadening the channels of work,improving the artistry and practicing the model law of the model,and is conducive to exerting social functions such as politics,economy and culture.Therefore,based on the effect of the construction of family style in ideological and political education in Lucun,combining theory with practice,this paper proposes the specific path of the construction of family style in rural ideological and political education from the dimensions of content,methods and guarantees: giving full play to the positive role of family custom construction in the ideological and political education,practicing the correct values of ideological and political education,enhancing the sense of collective honor,tamping the cultural foundation and other content;giving full play to the role of an example,enhancing the appeal of family relations,strengthening the "internal and external linkages" and building a network system and other ways and means;optimizing team building,tamping the material basis and solid system guarantee.As a result,a two-way interactive model of family style construction and ideological and political education is finally formed,with a view to improving the effectiveness of rural ideological and political education and providing benefits for the rural revitalization strategy.
