Study On The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization In Yuexi County

In 2013,Document No.1 of the Central Committee first proposed that"strive to build beautiful countryside,for environmental protection,comprehensive management and rural ecological construction continue to improve and consolidate/'It also emphasizes the development goal of building beautiful countryside,creating good rural ecological environment,and carrying out environmental protection and comprehensive renovation.In order to implement the spirit of the Central Committee,the Ministry of Agriculture issued a circular on the establishment of beautiful countryside,and carried out "beautiful countryside" creation activities in various regions.In November of the same year,1000 "beautiful countryside" pilot villages were established in China.In 2016,the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)formulated a development plan for the construction of beautiful villages and towns,and defined the development model for the construction of rural revitalization.In 2017,Document No.1 further proposed that the construction of beautiful countryside should be promoted to a high level of consolidating the basis of rural shared development.In the document No.1 of the Central Committee of 2018,the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward,which clearly pointed out that we should "continuously promote the construction of beautiful villages which are livable and suitable for industry".Taking the practice of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yuexi County as the research object,this paper starts with the concept of Rural Revitalization and the general situation of Rural Revitalization development in Yuexi County.From the perspective of the development of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yuexi County,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the strategic work of Rural Revitalization in Yuexi County from various perspectives,clarifies the general laws and construction characteristics in the process of rural construction,and through literature review method and typical cases.In the process of collecting data,we have grasped the general situation of the development of Rural Revitalization Strategy in our province,especially in Yuexi County.In the process of research,we have found the limitations in the practice of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yuexi County,such as the supply and guarantee of government resources.Insufficient,a large drain of professional talents,inadequate infrastructure,industrial restructuring needs to be improved,residents'autonomous participation and so on.After consulting the relevant literature and information,and analyzing the data further and based on the local development situation,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.For example,in the process of deepening the adjustment of industrial structure,we should pay attention to consolidating and upgrading the traditional agricultural industry,exploring new industries according to local conditions and seeking truth from facts.Developing tourism and elongating the industrial chain of industrial integration,intensifying ecological protection and environmental renovation,strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization and promoting socialist core values,gathering all efforts to advance the work of poverty alleviation,strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations and talent teams,optimizing measures and strategies on the basis of studying the practice of Rural Revitalization in Yuexi County,so as to study related problems in the later period.Provide experience-level guidance.
