The Internet booking vehicle has changed the competitive landscape of the travel industry.First,the industry rules such as the franchise system and the vehicle affiliation system have been challenged.The Internet booking vehicle combines the private car with the platform,and it also promotes the policies and regulations of emerging industries while playing against policies and regulations.The soundness and progress of the new legal system in the innovative industry model while in the derivative market economic supervision and consumer legal protection.Secondly,the interests of cruisers have been affected,the situation in which taxi leasing companies monopolize industry access has been broken,and problems such as excessive money and high license plate prices have also improved.However,the cake is not big and the number of cakes is increasing.The interests of taxi companies and drivers have been affected.This has affected the orderliness and gradualness of industry adjustment.The social problems that have arisen have also brought resistance to the healthy development of the Internet industry.Therefore,the improvement of the supervision and legal system of the Internet-based vehicle platform should not only help solve the convergence problems between the innovation of emerging industries and market economic laws,but also bridge the differences among different stakeholders,safeguard social stability and market economic order,and play a benign law.The positive effect of the system on the balance of interests among market players and the thealthy and orderly development of the market economy.Firstly,this paper proposes the concept of narrow and generalized Internet booking vehicle,and proposes the classification of Internet booking vehicle platforms uncder the concept of generalized network vehicle management.It analyzes the differences in the special vehicle platform and integrated platform and the corresponding legal relationships.The practical understanding of the operation of the Didi platform special car focuses on the legal relationship between the C2C,B2C car and other B2C modes in the integrated platform,and the problem of the inharmonious relationship between the parade car industry model and the m arket.In the B2C special train mode,the new role positioning between the platform and the leasing company is summarized,and the differences between the three-level and two-level management modes are summarized.The legal issues related to the online platform are based on the legal relationship between different types of platforms.The legal status of different platforms is also different,and the legal liabilities of the platform are analyzed and compared from the perspectives of rights and obligations,revenue costs,and so on.Two perspectives to discuss the new problem of special trains and the old problem of traveling taxis.After referring to the useful experience of the U.S.,U.K.,Singapore,and other national network car industry development and market supervision laws,the elaboration of the status quo of the development and implementation of China's e-government platform's regulatory policies and regulations was concluded,and the existence of policy development was devised to divorce practical issues and policies.Implementation is difficult to effectively landing,legislation is difficult to law enforcement.Through the refinement of platform supervision theory,the principle that competition is superior to supervision,pre-event and post-event supervision is established,and a limited degree of empowerment platform is proposed for dilemmas in the implementation of industry policies and regulations,laws concerning respecting market economy are enacted,laws are strengthened,and consumer legal protection is strengthened.Advice on the improvement of regulatory legal systems.
