Research On Sino-Russia Cultural Exchange Mechanism

Sino-Russian relations are one of the world's most significant bilateral relationships.Cultural exchange,as the organic component of the relationship,plays an important role in boosting the understanding and friendship between people from the two countries and in improving the political mutual trust.Sino-Russian cultural exchange has a long and rich history regardless of the twists and turns.Entering the new century,the two countries have established cultural exchange mechanism and have carried out various high-level activities on multilayer and in multi-domain,which injects strong power to the development of the two countries.This paper firstly reviewed the evolution process of Sino-Russian cultural exchange to sum up the historical experiences.Then the operation mechanism of the exchange was introduced to sort out the achievements.The paper paid special attention to the internal and external factors that influence the operation mechanism,and proposed corresponding solutions that has significance in the improvement and development of Sino-Russian cultural exchange mechanism and in the work development of the exchanges between China and foreign countries.
