Research On The Boundary Of Crime Of Drug Dealing And Drug Transporting

Drug crimes have become a social harm all around the world.In all kinds of drug crime,drug dealing and transporting are the most common one.Take Li and Cheng as examples in drug dealing case,there are three parts to discuss the argumentative issues from them.The first part of the article is to introduce the case,which includes the introduction of the basic information,issues and the decisions from the court.Through the introduction of Li and Cheng's case and the court's decisions,the focus of the dispute is summarized.The second part is to analyze the cases,which focuses on the acts of drug selling and transporting and the differences on the mens rea of them.The third part is to point out the thoughts and suggestions from the case.
