Design And Implementation Of Agricultural Administrative Comprehensive Law Enforcement System Based On Workflow

With the continuous development of agriculture,the law enforcement field,law enforcement process,and law enforcement documents in agricultural law enforcement have also been continuously improved.In order to meet the needs of the new agricultural law enforcement business,the original law enforcement system needs to be upgraded.Through the analysis of the original agricultural administrative law enforcement information system,it is found that the following problems exist:First,it is only applicable to the quality management of agricultural products,and is not applicable to animal health,agricultural resource protection,fishery and fishing ports,agricultural machinery safety and other supervision and enforcement.In order to meet the needs of comprehensive administrative enforcement of agricultural administration,it is necessary to expand the scope of law enforcement and increase system functions.Second,in the original agricultural administrative law enforcement system,case handling did not separate "general procedures" and "simple procedures",and "workflows"were not adopted.The technology is controlled so that the operation interface is not friendly and the performance of the system needs to be improved.In response to the above problems,this paper mainly does the following work:1.Analyze the business process of agricultural administrative comprehensive law enforcement,sort out the business that needs process control,such as leadership approval,in the law enforcement business process,and transform the business process into process flow;2.According to the characteristics of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of agricultural administration,the key processes of "general procedures" and "simple procedures"in the punishment cases were specially designed;3.For process control and visualization operations,the Activiti5.0 workflow engine is used to deliver complex business processes to the workflow engine for automated management.According to the business process of the case processing,the corresponding rules are preset,and the control and management documents are automatically transmitted between the modules through the processing of the relevant data by the program and the person;4.Analyze the special circumstances that may occur when the law enforcement business is handled,and expand the function of the Activiti5.0 workflow engine;5.Implement the functions of the system and test the reliability and security of the system.The construction of this system has reduced the case handling cycle,improved the efficiency of case handling,and improved the comprehensive utilization of law enforcement data.The visualized operation interface facilitates the use of law enforcement personnel.The operator can track the business process throughout the process,reduce human error and delay,scientific law enforcement and standardized law enforcement,and improve the flexibility and adaptability of business operations.The system has been promoted and used in the province's comprehensive agricultural administrative law enforcement departments,and has achieved good economic and social benefits.Relevant development technologies have obtained corresponding patents and software copyrights.
