Research On The Historical Evolution Of The Customary Law Of Pai Yao In Modern Times

Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,PaiYao,located in the mountainous area of northwestern GuangDong,has formed a set of customary laws aimed at maintaining social stability and regulating social production and life in PaiYao.For centuries,it has maintained its high stability and compulsory maintenance of the PaiYao society.Peace and stability.However,in the modern times,PaiYao has undergone a period of intense social transformation.As one of the important components of PaiYao culture,the PaiYao customary law is also the disintegration of the old social political form,the transformation of economic production methods,and the diversification of ideas.Under the influence of gradual decline,some of the customary law content gradually mutated or died in the changes of social history.In the current process of the country's continuous promotion of grassroots governance in the ethnic minority areas of LianNan,such as the ranking of the PaiYao customary law should be placed,how to adjust the external factors to make the PaiYao customary law play the most effective in operation,how to do it.Issues such as rule by law are urgently needed to be explored and resolved.Therefore,this paper takes PaiYao of NanGang village of LianNan county as the main research object.From the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the founding of the People's Republic of China,the main content of the PaiYao customary law is the research clue.The field survey,historical literature and case analysis are combined to examine the row.PaiYao customary law has changed its history over the past centuries,and analyzed the four general causes of the changes in the customary law of PaiYao.It systematically considered how to promote the rationality of the PaiYao customary law in maintaining local social
