Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Corrupt Money-Laundering Behavior Of Civil Servants

At present,China's development is in an important period of strategic opportunities,the soil that breeds corruption still exists,and the means of confrontation by corrupt elements are gradually"upgrading1".This shows that China's anti-corruption struggle has not yet achieved complete victory,and the situation is still severe and complicated.In order to study the influencing factors of corrupt money-laundering behavior of civil servants,firstly,this study screens a large number of corruption cases since the 18th National Congress of China,sums up 100 information elements of corruption cases,collects 1,800 information elements,and deeply analyzes the personal factors,work factors,environmental factors and wealth factors that affect the corrupt money-laundering behavior of corrupt subjects.Secondly,descriptive statistical analysis is carried out on the collected data of influencing factors,and various data are discussed,so as to study the performance characteristics of civil servants in different degrees of corrupt money-laundering.Thirdly,treats the manifestation causes of corrupt subjects as dummy variables,the SPSS software is used to construct a multiple linear regression model that shows the relationship between the performance characteristics and the amount of corruption,so as to study the relationship between the degree of money-laundering and the performance characteristics.Fourthly,apply the model to the actual case for testing.The results show that there are significant influences on the degree of corruption by characteristics of who are over 50 years old,graduate students,administrative staff,municipal level and above,close contacts with social workers,consumption mismatched income.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for deepening the fight against corruption,such as giving full play to the anti-corruption weapon function of anti-money laundering,strictly implementing the property declaration,establishing and improving the cash management system,strengthening the supervision role of the discipline inspection commission and the supervisory commission,enroll and promote civil servants strictly.
