The Course And Significance Of China's Major Social Contradictions And Changes Since The Reform And Opening-up

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China made it clear that the principal contradiction in China's society in the new era is the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.This paper tries to start from the course of the changes of major social contradictions,and sort out the theoretical and practical achievements made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the communist party of China during the 40 years of reform and opening up from both theoretical and practical perspectives.There are four stages in the development of the major social contradictions.In the new century,jiang zemin insisted on the judgment of the principal contradiction in Chinese society and founded the thought of "three represents".From standing at a new starting point--hu jintao continues to adhere to the judgment of the major social contradictions in China and implement the scientific outlook on development;By the time China entered a new era,xi had achieved the second change in the major contradiction in Chinese society after the reform and opening up and created the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.On the practical level,according to the requirements of major social contradictions in China,under the leadership of the party,we have achieved the goals of different periods in different stages.In the fifteenth national congress,jiang zemin planned the trans-century development strategy and deployment.At the 16 th CPC national congress,hu jintao proposed to build a well-off society in an all-round way.At the 18 th CPC national congress,xi jinping set the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.At the 19 th CPC national congress,on the basis of reaffirming the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,xi laid out a two-step strategy to build China into a modern socialist country that is prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful by the middle of this century.We apply the marxist materialist dialectics on analysis by the principle of the main contradiction of social problems,adhere to the principle of unifying the two and ChongDianLun,on the premise of grasping the trend of human society development,correctly handle the relationship between reform,development and stability,properly handle to strengthen the party's leadership and respect people's initiative,the relationshipbetween problem orientation and goal orientation unifies.Correctly handling these contradictions is of great significance to the resolution of major social conflicts.In addition to the introduction,this paper mainly includes three parts: the first part explains the basis for the change of major social contradictions in China since the reform and opening up.Theoretical basis is Marx Engels,Lenin and MAO zedong on the main social contradictions related to the elaboration.The second part of the reform and opening up since the main changes in China's social contradictions and characteristics.The third part summarizes the significance of the major social contradictions in China since the reform and opening up.
