Based on the development of artificial intelligence technology,unmanned driving technology is an important application of artificial intelligence in the real life field.In recent years,its development speed and the “blue ocean” economic market to be developed behind it have attracted more and more attention.First and foremost is the impact of the emergence of Unmanned technology on China's existing laws and social life.First of all,because foreign unmanned driving technology develops earlier,compared with domestic,foreign countries have more regulatory measures for this technology.This article will discuss the current status of foreign unmanned technology regulation,combined with the actual situation in the country and the development of unmanned technology,based on the existing measures in China to make appropriate reference.Secondly,the problem that needs us more attention is that the Unmanned car will also bring many challenges to the current traffic laws and regulations,especially when the Unmanned car collides with the traditional manned car.What to do with the traffic accidents caused.What is different from traditional traffic accidents,why do we need to regulate Unmanned technology? Therefore,based on the consideration of China's social public safety issues,the possible danger prevention of Unmanned technology and the development of Unmanned technology,the challenges of the existing law are mainly three aspects,and then the necessity of regulation is discussed.Thirdly,because there is no driver's driving behavior in the Unmanned car,and it does not have a general civil legal status in terms of the development of the current Unmanned technology,it is difficult to directly regard itself as the tort liability.The main body,therefore,should identify the infringing body of the Unmanned car traffic accident.When a traffic accident occurs,what kind of liability principle should apply to the tort liability incurred.At the end of this paper,we will propose possible reasonable suggestions around these two points.Finally,the development of technology is inevitably beneficial to all aspects of social life.However,if it is necessary to protect the long-term development of technology,it is still necessary to legally regulate it.The so-called "no rules are not square." Therefore,at the end of this article,the author makes recommendations on the legislation of Unmanned technology,including pre-existing audits of unmanned vehicles,supervision in the event,compensation for after-the-fact compensation,andrelated laws and regulations on the development of Unmanned infringement.Car infringement should put legislation on the agenda as soon as possible.Based on this,we should prevent as much as possible in advance and discuss the laws and regulations related to the introduction of Unmanned cars.
