Applied Research On The Combination Of Law And Morality In The Field Of Political And Legal Work

The idea of ‘rule of virtue and rule of law' has gained a certain degree of interpretation in ancient China.In the new era,basing on the practice of China's national conditions and social governance,based on the introspection and reference of Chinese traditional culture,a path of national governance and social governance with Chinese characteristics characterized by the parallel rule of law and rule by virtue is formed.In the field of political and legal work,the idea of implementing both the rule of law and virtue is precisely where this feature lies.In practice,the ideas of both the rule of law and virtue have made some relatively successful experiences.The article analyzes the practice of the “township of Confucius and Mencius”—Jining City in the area of political and legal work.It deals with the mediation of disputes in private family neighborhoods and social contradictions.Resolving the management education of special populations,positive results have been achieved.At the same time,the practice of the principle of both the rule of law and virtue in the field of politics and law has also played a significant role in the promotion of the quality of political and legal officers.However,there is also a tendency to generalize the role of the rule of virtue,and the phenomenon of dealing with the relationship between the rule of law and the rule of virtue presents a phenomenon of one end,and the ideological understanding in practice is not the same.The design and guarantee of the system is not mature enough.In response to this phenomenon,the article proposes countermeasures from three perspectives.First,it strengthens scientific research on both the rule of law and virtue,and promotes the unity of theoretical understanding.Second,it integrates the modern concept of democracy and rule of law into the practice of both the rule of law and virtue,and the third is the emphasis.Institutional innovation is practiced in practice to avoid quick success.In a comprehensive sense,practicing the rule of law and virtue in the field of political and legal work in the future must be based on the emphasis on grasping the relationship between law and morality,combined with practice.
