Xi Jinping's Inheritance And Development Of Mao Zedong's View On Youth

Since the 18th National Congress,the new generation of Party and state leading collectives,with Xi Jinping as general secretary,have put forward new requirements for the development and work of youth education.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,he once again raised the expectation that young people should have ideals,abilities and responsibilities.At the same time,we have encouraged young people in many symposiums,replies and congratulatory letters with young people,and formed an epochal and innovative youth outlook.However,as an important part of Mao Zedong Thought,Mao Zedong's youth outlook still shines with wisdom and plays an active guiding role in promoting the further development of youth education.Under the new historical conditions,Xi Jinping's youth outlook embodies the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's youth outlook in the aspects of youth status,value,education and training.In the first chapter,the main contents of Mao Zedong's youth outlook are introduced from the following aspects:the status and role of youth,the law of youth education,the cultivation of youth and the combination of youth and workers and peasants.Xi Jinping's views on youth are discussed in terms of the value guidance of youth,the educational objectives of youth,the growth and development of youth and the working position of youth.The main contents of the youth outlook and the relationship between Xi Jinping's youth outlook and Mao Zedong's youth outlook are explained.The second chapter mainly discusses that Xi Jinping's youth outlook embodies the inheritance of relevant contents of Mao Zedong's youth outlook in the aspects of the status and role of youth,the training of young talents and the people's position of youth,and the development of relevant contents of Mao Zedong's youth outlook in the aspects of youth value guidance,education objectives,talent selection,etc.These two parts are the focus of this paper.The third chapter explores and analyses the reasons for the identity and development of Xi Jinping's youth outlook and Mao Zedong's youth outlook,mainly including the subjective and objective reasons.The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the study of Xi Jinping's youth outlook under the new situation,and compares it with Mao Zedong's youth outlook from the perspective of inheritance and development implied by Xi Jinping,which provides theoretical basis and policy reference for the substantive effect of youth education and work construction under the new situation,and has profound theoretical and practical significance.
