East Asia is one of the most important regions in the world, but the United States has many American military bases in east Asia, especially in Japan. While Us Military Base in Okinawa are typical in Asia, even in the world,by studying them can more deeply understand the essence of American military bases around the world,as well as the power structure of America and Japan in east Asia.Okinawa holds an important position in the japan-us alliance and is an important link in the japan-us relationship. However,in order to maintain such a relationship,Japan has made Okinawa pay a heavy price. As the time goes on,the burden of Okinawa not only did not reduce, but increased,Okinawa people began to resist, increasingly fierce Okinawa American base problem begining to emerge in front of people. Why does Japanese power constrain Okinawa? Is there a conflict between the power of the United States and the sovereignty of the Japanese government? By studying the problem of the military base, this paper tries to reveal its exist behind the United States to Okinawa, the United States to Japan and the Japanese to Okinawa power structure, and based on the research of the Okinawa base,we focus on U.S.military bases worldwide, revealing the existence of the United States in the global power structure and essence. This article consists of four parts, the first part discusses the power structure of the Okinawa,Japan,to explore the importance of Okinawa and the historical roots of the base problem, pointed out that Okinawa was originally as an independent nation,of the existence of the Ryukyu kingdom and forcibly brought into Japan by the Japanese government after the modern national territory, essence is been gobbled up,and began the process of forced assimilation by Japan and the colonial; However, after its return to Japan in 1972,Okinawa still did not receive the same national treatment as the mainland. The militarization positioning that Okinawa was regarded as the strategic frontier by the us and Japan still remained unchanged.Instead of shrinking, the military base of Okinawa was further strengthened.Okinawa has not got rid of the situation of being under the control of the us military, and the Japanese government actually regards Okinawa as an important stronghold to maintain the japan-us relations,so the history of Okinawa being forced by Japan since modern times continues to this day. This power structure of Japan over Okinawa is not only limited to Japan's domestic problems, but also a link in the world history of western countries including Japan to complete modernization by means of external expansion. The discrimination and injustice against Okinawa that still exists in Japan is also rooted in Japan's lack of reflection on colonialism. The second part analyzes the power structure of the United States on Okinawa, the various brutal crimes committed by the United States during the occupation of Okinawa, and the judicial inequality in the process of handling relevant events is not uncommon. The hindrance of the us military base to the economic development of Okinawa and the impact on the safety and human rights of the local residents reveal the colonial concept of the United States. The third part studies the power structure of the United States over Japan.Between Japan and the United States, the United States occupies the dominant position, while Japan does not have the dominant power on the issue of bases.Pointing out that Japan is essentially a vassal state of the United States, and by studying the series of foreign policies pursued by Rukio Hatoyama during his tenure, the paper points out the difficulties for Japan to maintain its independent diplomacy. The fourth part takes the relocation of Futenma base as the main case, explores the competition of several forces behind the scenes, understands the power structure in east Asia, and analyzes the relationship between Japan and Okinawa, the relationship between the United States and Okinawa, and the relationship between the United States and Japan.Out of consideration for its hegemony, the United States has forcefully stationed its military base in Okinawa, where Japan acts as an "accomplice" to meet its own interests, while Okinawa acts as a victim of bullying in this process.
