Research Of The Dilemmas And The Realization Paths Of Practicing Xi Jinping's Shared Development Concept

As one of the five development concepts of the Party,the concept of shared development is the theoretical program of the Communist Party of China to adhere to the principle that development is for the people,development depends on the people and development results are shared by the people.It is also an important manifestation of the Party's purpose.After 40 years of reform and development,China has become the second largest economy in the world,and has made remarkable achievements.It has entered a new era of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development still exists.Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that the main contradiction in current Chinese society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.There is a long way to go to solve the problem of sharing development results.At present,the dilemma of practicing Xi Jinping's concept of equitable sharing development is mainly manifested in two aspects: first,in terms of value identification,the imbalance between the self-interest of civil society and the integrity of human society,the imbalance between civil rights and obligations of some citizens,the imbalance between economic motivation and social responsibility of some economic entities;second,in terms of practicing imbalance,the general problem is domain development.Inadequate imbalance,inadequate regional development,and inadequate group development;especially,the prominent problems in the practice of imbalance are unbalanced urban and rural development,inadequate rural development,poor life of farmers,inadequate understanding of cadres' ideology on poverty alleviation in rural areas,inadequate endogenous motivation for farmers to lift themselves out of poverty,and imperfect evaluation and supervision mechanism for poverty alleviation.And so on.The way to practice Xi Jinping's shared development concept is to establish a scientific shared development concept,lay a solid foundation for shared development,and grasp the precise poverty alleviation work in rural areas.
