The institutions began to chane the maladies of the inflexible,inefficient and life-long system of the personnel system,which not only established relevant policies and regulations,but also set up corresponding management methods according to their own circumstances.As a special organization,the Academy of art is very different from the government department,the enterprise and the general public institution.It is mainly embodied in the aspects of academic nature,the diversity of organizational goals,the independence and public nature of the organization members.The role of middle managers in the units is very large.Same.In this paper,the selection and evaluation of middle-level cadres in T Institute of art is taken as the research object.The whole article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the background,significance,research status and methods and contents at home and abroad.The second part is the status quo of the selection of middle-level cadres in T Institute of art.It introduces the general situation of T Art Institute,the characteristics of talents and the current situation of selection.The third part analyzes the problems and reasons of the selection of middle-level cadres in T Institute of art,and analyzes the problems existing in the selection of middle-level cadres in the Institute.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the selection of middle-level cadres in the T Art Research Institute,and designs the selection quality model of administrative post cadres and scientific research post cadres.The fifth part is the safeguard measures for the selection and implementation of middle-level cadres in T Institute of art.The sixth part is the conclusion and the prospect.Research conclusion:the selection of middle level cadres is optimized in term ns of test index,test method,selection scheme and so on.The test index should distinguish the requirements of different middle level posts and clear the specific ability standard.At the same time,in the test method,many methods should be used to form a written test.In the selection scheme,we should refine the preparation work of the selection,make clear the details of the quality assessment and the fair and open and fair results of the discussion.The optimized selection scheme has a certain reference value for the selection of middle level cadres in T Art Research Institute and other related brotherhood units.
