As the future of the world,the protection of children's rights is a yardstick to measure the progress of a country's civilization and rule of law.The commonweal nature of children's interests needs special protection.Social and economic development has brought increasing challenges in the field of family affairs,which further highlights the importance of protecting children's interests in family disputes.As an inherent interest of children,children's right to participation should be protected in the procedure of family dispute settlement.Although China has a number of provisions on the protection of children's right to participate in the system,but it has been unable to meet the needs of children for a better life,it is necessary to adjust and improve.This paper focuses on the protection of children's right to participate in family disputes,and clarifies the nature of the right to participate through the interpretation of children's right to participate.The essence of children's right to participate should be that children can participate in the procedures of family disputes and their own opinions can have a certain degree of influence on the process and the outcome of dispute settlement.At the same time,the current situation and deficiencies for protection of domestic children's participation is analyzed,and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience,in order to improve the protection mechanism of children's participation in our country,children of exploring diversified participation patterns and participate in the evaluation mechanism,perfect the procedure of children to participate in the safeguard mechanism,in particular,in the hope of the family dispute for the participation of children get the best protection in China.
