Research On The Old-Age Security Model From The Perspective Of Market Segmentation

In the 21 st century,China has entered the stage of population aging.At the end of 2018,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over reached 249.49 million,accounting for 17.9% of the total population,while the elderly population aged 65 and over was 166.58 million.The proportion of the total population is 11.9%,which is far greater than the international standard for population aging.The problem of old-age care in our country has become increasingly severe.With the continuous development of society,the needs of the elderly for the elderly are constantly changing.The traditional Old-age Security Model has been greatly attacked and is far from being able to adapt to the actual needs of today's elderly people.However,different The elderly population is different in choosing the Old-age Security Model.Therefore,how to establish an Old-age Security Model that is in line with China's national conditions and is compatible with the elderly's needs for the elderly has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.This paper uses literature research method,comparative analysis method and interview method to study the Old-age Security Model in China.The literature research method mainly analyzes the research on the selection,classification,selection of influencing factors and new Old-age Security Model by means of searching and reading literature books,newspapers and periodicals,journal articles,etc.,and provides research for the research of this paper.The theoretical basis and experience draw on,to ensure the theoretical and scientific results of the research,and to obtain forward-looking and innovative academic results;comparative analysis mainly compares traditional family Old-age Security Model,community Old-age Security Model and institutional Old-age Security Model in China;interview method in this paper The application is mainly to investigate the elderly groups through interviews,collect interview data to fully organize,obtain the real life situation of the elderly and the different old-age needs of different elderly groups,and understand the attitudes and opinions of the elderly towards Old-age Security.First of all,this paper reviews the research at home and abroad,mainly including the choice of Old-age Security Model,the classification of Old-age Security Model,the factors affecting the choice of Old-age Security Model and the new Old-age Security Model Then,the related concepts and theoretical foundations are defined and basic research.It mainly includes the Old-age Security Model,the definition of “Internet +” and the theory of market segmentation,and the basic research of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.Then,the analysis of the status quo of China's Old-age Security,including the status quo of the aging population and the analysis of Old-age Security policies,Analysis of Old-age Security demand and supply,analysis of traditional Old-age Security Model;Secondly,based on the perspective of market segmentation,the analysis of China's Old-age Security Model is mainly analyzed from three aspects.The first is to explain the market segmentation variables and analyze the willingness of the elderly to consume.The second is to segment the market for Old-age Security demand and combine the interview survey to obtain the Old-age Security needs of each type of elderly group.The third is to propose a multi-integration pension model.This paper mainly explores and constructs a multi-integrated Old-age Security Model represented by the “Internet + medical-care combination” Old-age Security Model;once again,it proposes suggestio ns for improving China's Old-age Security Model,and gives recommendations from three aspects: funds,policies,supervision,and talents;Finally,give the conclusion.Based on the perspective of market segmentation,this paper analyzes the Old-age Security Model in China,and understands the actual Old-age Security needs of the elderly according to the interview survey.It proposes a multi-integration Old-age Security Model to meet the diversified Old-age Security needs of the elderly,and explores and builds the “Internet + medical-care combination”."To represent the multi-integration Old-age Security Model,to make recommendations for improving China's Old-age Security Model.
