Study On The Minor Child Maintenance System By Divorced Parents Of China And Mongolia

Mongolia is a country with an ancient history and civilization of grassland legal culture,in which the marriage legal system is a key part of the Mongolian law system.With the continuous development of science and technology in Mongolia,it has not only changed the living habits of the Mongolian people,but also changed people’s perceptions of family and marriage.In today’s Mongolian society,marital relations have become extremely fragile.The idea of "getting divorced before you get together" has become the truest portrayal of married life,because there are small things that make a big fuss.But in fact,divorce is far from simple and easy than one could imagine.Behind the dissolution of marriage there are series of difficult legal issues to negotiate.Parentchild relationship is way more important than material relations.Apparently most of the couples don’t focus on this issue while getting divorced.The settlement of marital property disputes is the most important part they think,and the problem of minor children’s maintenance in divorced families is often not the biggest concern.However,whether a divorced parent could or couldn’t handle raising minor child,the serious impact will cause child’s whole life.The issue of the maintenance of minor children is not only an extremely important issue within a family,but also a very critical issue in a society and a country.The healthy growth of minors is related to the atmosphere of the society and the state,which has a direct impact on the ethos of society.So the issue of the maintenance of minors in divorced families should definitely be in the first place in divorce negotiations between husband and wife.Therefore,the focus of this thesis is in order to reduce the harm of Mongolian citizens to their minor children after divorce,to protect the rights and interests of children coming out of the breakdown of marriage,to learn from the advanced system of Chinese divorced parents raising children,and to improve the relevant laws and regulations of Mongolia.This paper mainly includes three parts: summary,text and conclusion.Among them,the content of the text is mainly to study and analyze the maintenance system of minor children in divorced families of citizens of China and Mongolia.
