Research On The Implementation Effect Of Monetary Policy Reform In Nanning City

In the planned economic period,the state has provided official vehicles for government departments in order to facilitate the public service of government departments.Then,with the rapid development of China’s market economy,the acquisition,management and use of official vehicles have emerged such as excessive use of official vehicles,lax control of vehicle production,high operating management costs,and private use of official vehicles and so on.It is imperative to reform the use of official vehicles.The reform and exploration work of retrospecting the official vehicles system has been raised in China for nearly 30 years.In the long-term exploration and practice,government organs and related vehicle-management subjects have gradually explored different reform methods based on their actual conditions.The monetized vehicles reform policy came into being.At the beginning of the official vehicles reform monetized policy,it was gradually adopted by many provinces and cities in China for its convenient feasibility and low impact on stakeholders.With the continuous reform of the official vehicles system,there are several questions are worthy to be solved.Such as researching the legality,rationality,timeliness of the monetized vehicles reform policy.And whether the policy can adapt to the current political and economic environment or whether it can meet the new round of vehicles reconstructing the requirements of the state and society.Based on the background of the reform of the official vehicles system in the country,this paper takes the implementation effect of the monetized policy in the process of official vehicles reform in Nanning,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,and applies the government management performance and government on the basis of the new public management theory.Research on relevant theoretical tools and methodologies for cost control.This paper analyzes the established goals of reducing the administrative cost,rationally allocating public resources,and improving the efficiency of government operations through the literature research method,theoretical analysis method and empirical research method to find out the Nanning city official vehicles reform.Through the analysis of the collected data,the existing problems are analyzed,and the reasonable opinions and suggestions for solving the current problems are put forward,and the vehicle reform method that is more suitable for economic and political development is proposed,which not only makes the official vehicles in Nanning,the implementation of the reform monetized policy will serve as a reference for the vehicles reforms in other provinces and cities,and will also respond to the call of the State Council to strengthen the party’s work style,transform government functions,and enhance the government’s credibility.
