Study On The Treatment And Succor Of Patients With Severe Mental Disorders In Y Street

Affected by various factors,the number of patients with mental disorders in China has increased year by year.By the end of 2017,there were 5.81 million registered patients with severe mental disorders in China.Serious mental disorder patients can't bear the normal roles and responsibilities of their families and society,which brings heavy mental and economic burden to families and unstable factors to the society.In recent years,serious mental disorder patients have caused accidents,caused injuries and even killed people frequently,which has become a major hidden danger affecting public safety.Therefore,it is necessary to study the treatment and succor work for patients with severe mental disorders.On the basis of combing the relevant research documents and investigations at home and abroad,this paper,taking Y street office as an example,analyzes the current situation,main problems and causes of the treatment and succor work for patients with severe mental disorders in Y street office,and on this basis puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This article thinks that there are some main problems in Y Street's treatment and succor work for patients with severe mental disorders,such as inadequate publicity and education and public opinion guidance and control,low level of protection for patients with mental disorders,lack of mental health resources,and inadequate service and management.The causes are as follows: the society's cognition of mental disorder patients is biased,the treatment of mental disorder patients is difficult and expensive,the funds for treatment and succor work are insufficient,and the treatment and succor mechanism is not perfect.Based on the specific situation of Y street office,this paper proposes to strengthen the treatment and succor work for patients with severe mental disorders in Y street by strengthening the propaganda of mental health knowledge and rescue policies,promoting the construction of medical institutions and talents,increasing the investment in treatment and succor work,improving the management mechanism,and strengthening the service for patients,etc.It also provides practical reference for the treatment and succor work for patients with severe mental disorders in other towns and street offices.
