The construction of urban safeguard housing allocation and management mechanism is an important means to improve people's livelihood and solve the problem of resident's housing.However,in the present stage,the construction of urban safeguard housing allocation and management mechanism of government in various parts of our country is not perfect,which leads to the lack of effective distribution of affordable housing in the hands of the masses with demand.And indemnificatory apartment distribution management related concepts to study,for this study laid a theoretical foundation.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the allocation and management of the indemnificatory housing in Baoding City,and finds that there is a lack of law.Under the influence of the lack of credit system and the imperfect working mechanism of government,there are still some problems such as coverage,admittance mechanism,dynamic supervision mechanism and launch mechanism of indemnificatory housing distribution and management in Baoding city.Finally,aiming at the problem of the management mechanism of the indemnificatory housing distribution in Baoding city,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as enlarging the scope of guarantee,setting up the income line of access,carrying out dynamic supervision and diversified exit mechanism,etc.Strategy.Through the analysis of this article,the distribution management mechanism of the indemnificatory housing can be continuously improved,the livelihood of the people can be improved,and the real service for the common people can be achieved.
