Public Opinion In The Case Of Contemporary Chinese Blood Relation Vengeance

The development of the Internet has given public opinion a new fermentation space.Nowadays,there are abundant research results on the characteristics of network public opinion,and most of the research results on various events believe that network public opinion is irrational and emotional,especially when it comes to moral events.However,in the "Yu Huan case",public opinion showed a side of rational progress.On March 23,2017,the Southern Weekend published a report titled "The Assassination of the Mother",which led the public's attention to this contemporary blood relative vengeance case.Although public opinion has sympathy,its rational side of restraining emotions and appealing justice cannot be ignored,the details of first instance verdict,the pursuit of justice,to obtain the support of the media,to promote the case the truth,and the justice department also responded positively,adhere to an independent judiciary,given in a fair and reasonable decision.Through the research,it is found that the public in this case is not as emotional and extreme as previous studies have shown,but shows a gradually rational trend,and the good performance of the media and judicial departments has also become a model of public opinion response in recent years.Taking the case of "yuhuan case" as an example,through case analysis,literature research and text combing method to study,the "Yuhuan case" lyric evolution process is divided into three stages of lyric formation,climax and dissipation,through its lyrical scene The analysis attempts to prove the rational trend of public opinion in this typical case.The study found that in the "Yu Huan case",public opinion has two aspects of emotion and rationality.The emotion has individual spontaneous sympathy and emotions caused by Chinese traditional culture;rationality is reflected in the investigation of the details of the case.And the demand for justice.At the same time,by comparing the revenge case of Shi Jianqiao in the Republic of China,it proves the rational progress of public opinion.In addition,the good performance of the media and the judiciary plays an important role in guiding public opinion and the progress of the case.It is embodied in the media's investigative reports to restore the truth of the case,objective comments to promote judicial justice,and a comprehensive public opinion platform to guide public opinion;The department took the initiative to accept public opinion supervision and adhere to the principle of "independent trial." The rational performance of all parties also allows us to see the new changes in China's public opinion environment,the public and the media are making progress together.In the end,from the perspective of the public,the media,the judiciary and the government,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to better guide public opinion in similar cases in the future and create a rational public opinion atmosphere.How to deal with the dross in Confucianism,let the public abandon the old ideas,and correctly inherit the traditional culture,is also a problem that should be faced in the process of China's modernization.
