Research On The Reform Of National Supervisory System From The Perspective Of The Power Division Of Central-Local Authority

The reform of the National Supervisory System is an important reform for the perfection of country's governance and the anti-corruption of the system.This article focus on the reform of the National Supervisory System,especially for the reasons,objectives and achievements of the system reform.It is pointed out that although the national supervision system has achieved significant reform results at present,it still cannot solve the problems of local intervention and high system cost.Therefore,from the angle of ensuring the independence of the right of supervision,the article intends to analyze and prove the ownership of the right of supervision from the angle of the relationship between the central and the local governments,and emphasize the central leadership on the basis of the sharing of the power of supervision.Put forward the supervision committee below the provincial level to control people and property at the provincial level,and put forward the unnecessary establishment of the supervision committee step by step from the point of view of saving the system cost.At the same time,we should draw on the useful experience of China's ancient supervision system and foreign supervision system,In order to further improve the national supervision system,the author proposes to set up a supervisory commission dispatch agency across administrative districts.
